Uses Google Contacts to find the number
Drafts the email you asked for, in your tone, and sends it from your own address once you’re happy with it.
Uses Gmail — send only
Books, moves and confirms appointments, and negotiates times with the other side so you don’t have to.
Uses Google Calendar
A brief before you walk into a meeting, or deep research delivered as a finished document, saved where you’ll find it.
Uses Google Drive — files Mira creates
People, preferences and context, kept across months rather than messages — so you never have to explain the same thing twice.
Recurring and long-running tasks: Mira monitors, follows up and finishes, then reports back when there’s something to say.
Your Google data
Connecting Google is optional — Mira works without it, and each permission below unlocks one specific ability. When you sign in with Google inside the app, Google shows you exactly what Mira is asking for, and you choose what to allow. Mira asks for the narrowest permission that does the job, uses it only for the purpose described here, and stops the moment you switch it off.

Skip any permission and Mira still works; that one ability simply stays off until you turn it on.
Access comes only through Google’s own sign-in screen, where you see and approve each permission — never in the background.
Disconnect Google in Mira’s settings, or remove Mira from your Google Account’s third-party access page.
Mira’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

FAQ
No. Mira works without it. Each Google permission unlocks one specific ability — sending from your own Gmail address, updating the calendar you already use, finding a contact’s number, saving documents to your Drive — and you can turn each one on or off separately.
No. Mira asks only for permission to send email on your behalf, so a message you’ve asked for goes out from your own address. She has no access to your inbox, your search, your labels or your settings.
Mira only acts on tasks you’ve given her, and every action is recorded so you can see exactly what went out and when. If you’d rather approve each email or message before it’s sent, tell her once and she’ll check with you every time.
Two ways, both immediate. In Mira, open Settings › Connected accounts and switch off any permission. Or go to your Google Account’s third-party access page and remove Mira — that revokes everything at once, no matter what’s set in the app.
No. Data from your Google account is used only to deliver the features you turned on, in line with Google’s Limited Use requirements. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train general-purpose AI models. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored and for how long.
Mira places the call herself, handles the conversation — confirming an appointment, asking about availability, passing on a message — and sends you a summary of what was said and agreed. You’re never put on the line.

Open Settings › Account › Delete account, or email support@cgentium.com from the address you signed up with. Deleting your account removes your Mira data and disconnects every Google permission.
Mira is built jointly by CGentium (Consensus Gentium Limited) and ComingSoon.ai. The two teams share the design, the engineering and the day-to-day running of the app, and both are answerable for how it handles your data. On the app stores and the Google sign-in screen, Mira is published under Consensus Gentium Limited, the entity that holds the developer accounts.
